Exhibitor booth setup

Exhibitors are responsible to handle the movement of their own materials into the exhibit facility and construct their own booths - using their own labor, carpeting, tables, etc. However, for your convenience, table, chairs and flooring are also available under the terms and conditions noted in the service provider material.

Insurance Requirements

As a standard requirement for all our show exhibitors, it is mandatory for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

Lodging

Discounts for Exhibitors are available at the Hampton Inn and TownePlace Suites.

The Hampton Inn and TownePlace Suites by Marriott are located in Westport, MA, off of I-195 offering easy access to Newport, Providence, and Cape Cod. These adjacent properties are owned and operated by the renowned Lafrance Hospitality. Exhibitor badges

Once booth rental is paid in full and a certificate of liability insurance is received, the badges will be provided. Each exhibiting company receives five badges.
 

Food service

Box lunches will be available on-site. 

 

Parking

Free parking is available for all the exhibiting staff in a designated area.
